3. Booking & Appointments

• All consultation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from us via your provided contact method.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable advance notice.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@cloudandlinux.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to notify us may result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and advice provided during consultations are the intellectual property of Atomic Harvest LLC / Cloud & Linux. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cloud & Linux and Atomic Harvest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the implementation of advice provided during consultations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
